"Bear" Pet Portrait

Portraits, landscapes, animals, and more! Lauren Marie Nitka can create realistic to abstract pieces in oil and watercolor paint, inks, graphite, pastels, and mixed media.

In regards to commissions, please note the following:
Pricing is by area, beginning at $3 per square inch for oil paintings and $2 per square inch for all other materials.
In addition, there is a minimum $50 commission fee, which includes up to two meetings prior to the creation process.
Half down is due at the beginning of the commission, plus the $50 commission fee. The remainder needs to be paid in order to receive the work of art.
Payments can be made with card, cash, or check.
Virtual meetings can be through FaceTime, Skype, or in person if you are local in Milwaukee to go over ideas, pre-sketches, and pricing.
A maximum of three (3) edits are allowed before there is a financial add-on. Lauren will be in contact with you throughout the creation process to ensure your happiness.
Lauren Marie Nitka still maintains copyright to the work of art or design.
The client nor anyone else except Lauren Marie Nitka can reproduce the work of art. If others are interested in prints, they can do so through online e-commerce.
As commissions are generally a client-specific creation, refunds are not accepted.
